Pine Island Sunset 2 - Skywatch Friday


On the evening I took photos of the sunset from Pine Island, I took over 200 shots. So from time to time, I will post another with a little different piece of that phenomenal sky.  I was really an amazing night!

    Truly amazing shot! Love the nuances of purples and blues in the sky, the outline of the palm... in fact, I wish I was there. :-)

    Absolutely stunning. Awesome light. Picture is perfect with the thirds rule and the palm tree on the left is just in the right place so that the picture doesn't look empty. Super shot.

    I can see why this sunset was so memorable. I have some sunsets like that... that just linger with me and I just want to keep replaying the images.
