Coconut Palm




We were down in The Keys yesterday and I was roming around and decided to take some pics of a coconut palm. They're a kind of cool tree, sturdy, colorful and as they grow they develop this fiberous material around the trunk...looks cool :o)

    Wonderful pictures. I have a couple of palm trees in front of my house, but I have never thought of getting up close and personal with it yet.
