Thunderstorm & Smoke




Traveling across the Everglades yesterday evening...there were a few brush fires and a huge storm brewing...so the sky was really funky. The amazing thing is that to the south the sky was beautiful and full of white fluffy clouds. I wish there was some why I could have captured both in the same photo...it was really cool to see! Oh by the way...forgive the composition because I was taking these through my car window while moving :o(

    Very nice! The top photo looks like it beginning to show some rotation :-(
    I could not tell they were shot through a closed car window. I like the idea of getting the clear sky to the south. If you weren't moving, maybe a sequence of photos could be stitched together.
